Kooyong constituents celebrating a special birthday or special wedding anniversary may be eligible to receive a congratulatory message from Josh, the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and/or The Queen.

Messages can be requested by a family member or a friend using the electronic form below or by calling Josh's electorate office.
Messages can be requested up to two months before the birthday or anniversary and belated messages can be requested up to one month after the birthday or anniversary has passed.
Where appropriate, requests will be forwarded to the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and/or The Queen so you only have to make one application.
Requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation, i.e. a birth certificate or marriage certificate, or a statutory declaration. If supporting documentation cannot be provided please call Josh's office to discuss.
Messages can be delivered directly to the recipient or to another address for surprises.
